Siding That Won't Lay Flat

Warped, wavy, or buckled siding on an Aurora home is more than an eyesore. When panels pull away from the wall, they create gaps that let wind-driven rain and snowmelt work their way behind the cladding. Walk the perimeter of your home and check for panels that ripple, bow outward, or sit uneven against the wall. Look for gaps at the seams, nail heads that are working loose, and any discoloration along the edges that suggests water is getting behind the siding.
